Is anyone else starting to feel differently about KB?
That’s what’s happening to me. Now, I’m not a bandwagon fan. Anyone that remembers me being here last year will tell you that I made my feelings for KB quite clear. In the past, I’ve mentioned that I’ve wanted to like him because he’s a race car driver, he’s a wheelman, and he knows how to work on cars. During the race they mentioned how much knowledge he has about car chassis. It’s his attitude that I couldn’t get past. Then after today’s race he talked about sitting down with his team after the “you all suck” incident, and he showed that he knows it’s an out of control emotion and that he handles it in a mature fashion after the race. He basically “manned up” about his attitude. I quite liked that. So I’m starting to like the guy a bit, regardless of how I felt about him in the past. I even bought a KB diecast today. I’m staring at it on my desk, trying to work through my conflicting emotions. Lol!
Anyone else feeling this way? Just curious.
Yeah boondie, I remember how you felt last year lol. I'm glad that you are coming around now. That's the style of drivers I like too...who know what needs to be done to the car, and get it done. He's a sore loser, but that's fine by me. If a driver is happy or settles for mediocrity I don't see why people would cheer for that person. Kyle on the other hand has no quit in him, and drives every lap like it's the last. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but at least it's exciting with him in the races. He definitely isn't complacent behind the wheel.
