Real Estate Agents Find That Personalized Doormats Are An Ideal Way To Close The Deal
There is a reason that closing gifts are also known as client retention gifts, too. After all, real estate agents give these presents as a goodwill gesture to homebuyers. In a recent survey conducted by REALTOR Magazine, 80 percent of the Realtors who responded said they offer closing gifts to their clients.
