It varies. It is usually the same, but you can find deals. I have gotten diecast for $15 early in the season that featured the last season's scheme. Another good time is later in the season or after a driver or sponsor announces it is moving on. You get things for cheap then as well.
Certain drivers also have deals. And, some drivers sign things for sale in their trailers. Casey Mears is really good about doing this. He will sign so many things on raceday morning before he signs for his fans. You can then buy these items for the regular price! And there is no waiting in line for a signature!!
