The Case Sania Mirza, Shoab Malik, And Aisha Siddiqui, In The Light Of 30 Million Pending Cases In India
Why do not solve the cases of more than 30 millions in India in the way of Shoab Malik, Sania Mirza, and Aisha Siddique,very short time in India?
It is a good deal of the problem of marriage not like in the movies of the legendary love stories where number of actions, killings, and sacrifices were in common to reach the good end of reaching each other at the end of the movies in all levels from Hollywood, to Indian hood within the contrary roles like villains, fighters, and bond girls. In a response to her claim Shoab Malik claimed in all news papers and in electronic media that the claim is a lie and farce. So it is not worthy to reply to it. The fact people began to pay their attention on this news item about their marriage. The first wife, Aisha Siddiuqi was started producing the evidences with photos, Nikahnama, ands the witnesses of their marriage. The movement's legitimate intimacy was produced through photographs to the media and news papers. The people started believing that the marriage was taken place and she is the first wife of Shoab Malik. He was jocularly said that she was his Maha Aapa. The definition and its meaning of Maha Aapa he knows well. On this type of arrogant reply, she complained a case against him. On the charges of cheating and harassment for dowry under sections 420, and 498(a), in concerned police stations. On the next day the police commissioner in the press conference in Hyderabad stated that they received the complaint against Shoab Malik on the charges of cheating and dowry case. The city police, questioned Shoab Malik for their investigation and the study of the case, for more than one hour at the residence of sania mirza. On the very next day the pass port was confiscated and he would never be allowed to go out of India until the case is disposed of.
On next day, Shoab malik and Sania Mirza addressed a joint conference that they cooperate with the police and they were decided firmly to marry on 15 of this month.
Shoab Malik announced that he engaged an advocate for his case from Delhi. Yesterday, the compromise formula was announced by the accused, and the complainant, on the ground of divorcing Ayesha Siddiqui, as a first wife, for which he has to compensate her just 15000 fifteen thousand rupees for the period of three months, and the way was cleared to marry Sania Mirza on the scheduled date. At the same time the first wife, Ayeaha Siddiqui, who in turn would with draw her case of cheating and dowry harassment against Shoab Malik. In the same way yesterday Ayesha Siddiqui, has announce that she has withdrawn her case against Shoab Malik. And all the people of two nations have fallen in the celebrations for their happy life of Shoa Malik and Sania Mirza. Off course the problem is solved.
This case is the celebrity's case and they are the celebrity people in the celebrity state with status in India and in Pakistan. Here in India more than 30 million cases are in pending, for which we need more than one or two centuries to solve the cases. In this case the cheating cases are in thousands and the dowry harassment cases are in lakhs from lower courts to Supreme Court including full bench. I appeal to the prime minister of India to solve all these case on the basis of the complainants' withdrawals of the case against the accused, through which we can save millions of rupees on the government and of the people with a bad record of having the police cases against them. One more thing the crime number and its first information report was not issued to the press and media. At the same time the concerned judge of the case has to verify and order the parties for the testimonies. So this case should be resolved through the court concerned only. But not the police to finalize the case, if the complaint was filed and the fir was issued already to the party.
