Has the Truck series begun to lose its excitement?
Ok the race last night was the same old song and dance for the whole Truck series season. The races have become very boring and I don't know how NASCAR doesn't see it. Double file restarts should be implemented in the series. And the new Pit Road rules aren't helping anything. I used to love the Trucks, now the only entertainment I see is Micheal Waltrip and Kyle Busch's complaints. Anyone have the same opinions as me? 10 points to whoever explains their opinion best.
Ford Fanatic I agree with you. NASCAR as a whole ain't that good. If Kyle would get out then guys like Brian Scott and Matt Crafton and Colin Braun will have better chances for wins.
I think it started getting boring starting last season right after daytona.
1- They can't even get a full field anymore
2- Out of the 33-34 trucks they get a week, 6-8 of them park
3- Only 17 drivers have ran every race
4- There arent many good sponsors in that series anymore
5- The competition isnt nearly as good as it used to be. Only 4-6 drivers max have a shot at winning each week.
6- Their speeds as well as competition have been down since last year. To many drivers lead over half the laps when they win, to many multiple race wining streaks
So really you have 34 trucks, after the start and park guys exit, you have 26 trucks with mostly D-list sponsorships, 20 of them fighting for mid pack positions while 4-6 have a legit shot at winning. Not enough good trucks beatin' and bangin' like the series is hyped to be. Not enough good sponsors, and to many 2nd tier teams.
