NASCAR is one of the most physically and mentally demanding sports?
thus, must be mental. What sports, other than cars requred that the thought of not racing? Now, your very physically demanding, but do not like to be treated or running for 4:00 or sometimes with a minute rest, but 200 miles 2 per hour for 3-4 hours. How easy is it? What do you think if you are an enemy or a spambot NASCAR should say something something please the DONT waste your time.
For drivers is more demanding physically and mentally demanding. Team Leader can support many mental points. But the driver must remember where you leave the gas when HES will run at different heights in the corners and other things. I think the race has the potential to be more or less physically demanding sports field. In a race at Talladega, with a number of precautions, to go after the race and feels he wants to do (but Talladega is more mentally tough track for drivers, the cars are happy about the other.) However, if there is a race without a care in New Hampshire and Martinsville, you'd better believe that the pilots of the year. Is 250-300 miles trying to get a car to turn when he wants to go straight. I the course of the road could be worse for the drivers. It is physically, but in turn these cars, particularly the media after the other. And the mental part comes with the changes and all these things. Personally, therefore I love the circuit. If driver can do in a circuit, I like it belongs in NASCAR.
