How do I find out what my nascar 1:64 diecast are worth?

Are you selling them or just wanting to know how much your collection is worth?
That makes a difference as many have said previously.... "Value is what someone is willing to pay".
If you are not selling, then an "appraised" value is fine and that is all you will need. But if you are selling, an appraiser will only be able to give you an "idea" of value as no matter what he says, value all depends how much someone is willing to pay for something.
And a good example, I love to fish and I used to find the Shakespeare rod and reels at "sport shops" listed for $125-$175. K Mart sold the exact same set ups for $39.99. The same rod and reel exactly.
The reason the sport shops were able to charge that because those clientele were paying it... K Mart at that high price would not have sold one pole. The value at each store proved the theory "what the market will bear".
Do you really think homes in Fresno CA are worth an average of $350k? But people kept raising the price and people kept paying it. LOL That's why we had increases of nearly 75% each year for several years.
