yamaha warrior front wheels wobble at high speeds please help?
I have a 99 yamaha warrior and when i ride on the road i notice the front wheels wobble back and forth a good inch or two. one of my friends said it could be the tie rods,could be something else. any ideas or suggestions on what to do?
Get someone to hold the handlebars.
Grab a wheel and wiggle it back and forth to see if anything is loose.
Wheel bearings, ball joints, especially where the tie rods connect to the steering column, loose lock nut on a tie rod, worn clamp holding the steering column to the frame, loose lug nuts, bent axle on one of the knuckles.
May just need a wheel alignment.
