What Makes a Perfect Match?

When I say perfect match, so many things come to mind and, they include an Australian TV show. It is a dating game show that sees perfect matches made for the eligible singles. It is a show produced by Reg Grundy and aired on the popular Network Ten. However, I do not want to talk about the show; I want to talk about what a perfect match for you would be like. Life in one mystery that we keep unraveling every day. The people, who we fall in love with or marry, come to our lives in the most unpredictable way. Our duty is not to know where they come from but, to identify them when we come across them. These days, people have many choices when it comes to dating and, people go online to find friends and dates. Within those online dating agencies, there are very many singles who might be your match. To narrow down your search, you choose specific qualities and hope you will find the match.

Notice I have used the word hope. This is because no matter how you try to plan for what you want, the end result will surprise you because you do not have total control over it. The point I'm driving towards is that you need to empower yourself to be able to identify a perfect match when they come along. When you do this, you will stop wondering why you are not meeting the right kinds of people; the people you would want to meet. There are several things you look for in your match; your ideal mate. First, ask yourself what your character is. This is where many singles fail. When you identify the kind of person you are, you will be able to match yourself with an ideal person. You might be conservative about certain things in life, you might be a staunch Christian, you might be gay, your principles in life might be on the liberal side and others.

The above factors will make your character reflect through. You want a partner who is going to share with you; to compliment you. If you believe that hard work is the key to success, you will not choose a match who has a passive career or does not prove to you they are hard working. Different people define hard work differently and, as you start to chat or communicate with a potential match, know exactly what their stand is in this regard. Homes that have stood for years are made up of couple who read from the same book; you need to be compatible. Another issue that sparks a lot of debate is the issue of physical attraction. This goes hand in hand with sexual appeal. Your match must send shivers down your spine sexually, if not, you will always be looking for someone who does. You must be attracted sexually if you want to make it to the first date. You do not have to settle for less. There are singles that have a top model image of their match. There is nothing wrong with this, only that you need to be very realistic and find a wholesome partner for a wholesome relationship.
