Will Kurt Busch & Penske run better with Steve Addington as crew chief in 2010 or remain the same as last year?
Think Steve Addington will be the missing link that Penske has been needing in their organization or was Steve Addington's success due largely to working for Joe Gibbs?
I don't know about "better", but I think they are no worse off with Steve on board. Winning is all about a slew of tangibles, too many to name them all in fact. But one of the biggest is the Driver/Crew Chief dialogue. Addington has a fine track record so for in that category, IMO. so I think that yes, he has what it takes to improve the #2 team.
