Why are Nextel Cup drivers allowed to compete in the Busch Series?
Being an F1 fan I thought the Busch series is a feeder series for Nextel cup. Is'nt it just taking away a chance for a younger driver to work his or her way up to Nextel. And for the Nextel drivers competing in Busch it seems to me there focus really is'nt on winning a Nextel championship because how much data can one get racing a car a 100 or so bhp less. You don't see F1 drivers jumping back into GP2 there track data would be of no real use.
Many times both series run at the same tracks, so they can use alot of the data they get in a Busch car and use that data in their Nextel cars.
You are right about it taking chances from the younger drivers.
And some just do it for the money
