NASCAR Racing Collectibles, Memorabilia and Equipment

ok,so i like this guy named Jose' hes so nice and like we have only talked like three times and and all we did was say hi also hes a grade older if that matters. So during lunch and student council the only two things we have together he always sits so i can see him and he can see me. But lately when he does he looks at me for like a few seconds then he quickly looks away. What does this mean why do guys have too be so confusing.Also he usually wears tony stewart/Nascar t-shirts, I also happen too like that driver and im also kinda nervous too approach him should I maybe compliment him on the Nascar thing and maybe start a convo. Please give me some advice fast cuz we also have a yearbook dance next Friday HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
