If someone tries to tell you that it's just as easy to make a sale for $100 as it is to make one for $3500, there is a good chance that the person is not telling the whole truth. While you will collect some $3500 pledges, you will collect more $500 pledges.
The United States economy is hurting. The market just dropped 500 points today. Real estate values have decreased drastically. So in some cases it may be wiser to join a smaller cash gifting program and work your way up.
